Guideline/作品使用上のガイドライン（イラストに対してのみ）
著作権法とはなんと気まぐれなものでしょう。 これを読む人は、おそらく私のイラスト投稿を、携帯電話の背景やブログの画像、コラージュや動画など、自分のものに使っていいのかどうか迷っていることでしょう。
では、ここで私が説明する使用許可をご覧ください：

このリストに記述がなくとも、権利者（北野正宗）の判断によって、禁止させていただく場合があります。
このガイドラインは、あくまでも北野正宗が制作したイラストに対してのみ適用されます。その他の北野正宗が制作した作品（漫画、文章等）については、引用の範疇を除く一切の使用を禁止しています。
- 私のイラストを保存、複製してかまいません。アイコンや背景やコラージュなど、良識的な範囲においてご自由にお使いください。
- 必須ではありませんが、「使ったよ」とひとことご連絡をいただけると嬉しく思います。
- 私のイラストを使用したインターネットにおける投稿を収益化することは出来ません。また、アナログの紙媒体等に使用する場合も同様です。
- 私のイラストをそのままアップロード、印刷して自分の作品であると偽ったり、お金を稼いだりしないでください。それは非常に失礼なことです。
- 私のイラストをAI学習に使用しないでください。
- 私のイラストが使用されていることをきちんと明記してください。説明に私のクレジットを記載するか、あなたがそれについて言及してください。もしもその情報を入れる手段がない場合は、せめて、誰かが訪ねてきたら、私のイラストを使用していることを伝える努力をしてください。
- 商業的な使用の場合は、事前に必ず私にご相談ください。
- 私のイラストの使用を通して生じたいかなるトラブルに関しても、私は責任を負いかねますのでご注意ください。

少し厳しいようで申し訳ないのですが、イラストだけでなく、漫画や文章、このホームページなども含めた私の作品群は、すべて私が大切に生み育て、守り続けてきた財産なのです。ですから、すべてをオープンにすることはどうしても出来ませんし、こうして一部をオープンにするのなら、せめて、それを通じて私の存在がみんなに知れ渡って、わたしを助けてくれることを期待したいのです。

How long we store your data
